Still continuing to refine my previews...Continuing something different this week. This time I'm going to single out 3 players you should be starting and 3 players you should be sitting this week. As per usual none of the obvious "Start Tom Brady, or Start Gronkowski, etc..."
Start Russell Wilson. With Jimmy Clausen starting for the Ravens the Seahawks will have the ball a lot of the game. This game could easily be a shutout in favor of the Seahawks.
Sit Andy Dalton and Ben Roethlisberger. Now hear me out. Don't actually sit these guys but understand they will likely score less than they usually do and possibly by a lot. Both teams have good defenses and add in this is a division game, combines to make this game a potential muddy mess.
Start Blake Bortles. It's a tight race in what's probably the second worst division in the AFC South. The Luck-less Colts are facing a Better Offense for the first time since the Jaguars made the AFC Championship behind Mark Brunell. Blake Bortles has really progressed as a Passer and he should continue to improve and this week he gets Hurns back.
Sit Derek Carr. In our main base league he is the 9th Highest Scoring QB, but he is facing a great Denver Defense in Denver. I do not see good things happening for him.
Start Ryan Matthews. With DeMarco Murray hitting the pine this week, Ryan Matthews healthy after the concussion should get the start with fresh legs. He has mostly outproduced a very ineffective Murray already this year as a 3rd Down/Goal line back.
Sit all your Cowboys. With no Tony Romo this Cowboys team has absolutely no bite. Whomever starts for the Cowboys, it will be an exercise in futility.
