Each Week I’m going to pick 5 games to highlight and preview some quick hits for Fantasy Football
Was v Atl
Davonta Freeman is the top running back in Fantasy right now in part to 2 huge games from him. Can he continue with this production? I don't see why not. The only 2 things working against him this week is the return of Tevin Coleman and a pretty good Washington Run Defense. If he can overcome those obstacles he will have another big day.
Sea v Cin
This week we get the battle of the Red Hot Andy Dalton vs one of the leagues best defenses. The biggest problem Seattle will have with Cincinnati is on the offensive side. Without Marshawn Lynch this week Russell Wilson will have to step up. If he can get in a groove with their mostly toothless offense they should be able to handle Andy Dalton.
StL v GB
No defense has been able to stop Aaron Rodgers this year. Surprisingly Green Bays Defense is better than Saint Louis'. This is a start for all Green Bay. Rodgers, Lacy, Jones, Cobb, and even if you need him TE Rodgers. The Offense for Saint Louis has been a pretty big mess this year but with Gurley's coming out party last week he is at least a flex play this week if not a RB2.
Jax v TB
Both these Offenses have been abysmal this year. The reason I bring this matchup up is the return of and debut of Julius Thomas for Jacksonville. He could be the missing piece to help open that Offense up. His presence could push the numbers of everyone else on the team up like TJ Yeldon and even Blake Bortles in those Dynasty leagues.
Pit v SD
Without Big Ben Pittsburgh will struggle against the San Diego offense. The Steelers have really felt the loss of Polamalu this season. Philip Rivers has been decent this season and with Pittsburgh starting Michael Vick he should get plenty of chances to rack up some points. In Dynasty leagues Melvin Gordon continues to develop as does Ladarius Green but if you don't have any better options Green could be your TE.
